Pradeep carries along with him over 20 years’ experience in US and India. Prior to his current role, Pradeep held key positions in various multi-nationals ensuring optimal operations; cementing client relationships, producing cohesive work environment; maximizing human capital ROI; and troubleshooting with exceptional people skills, decision making abilities, and intelligent reasoning.

Pradeep has an extensive experience in the field of patent prosecution and patent analytics, and is a pioneer in the IP outsourcing industry in India. His efforts led to the first annuity-based IP outsourcing contract between an Indian IP service provider and a Fortune 50 client. Pradeep played an instrumental role in growing and setting up business process from scratch for Intellevate India Pvt. Ltd. ( a part of CPA group). He was managing a dedicated team of 32 patent analysts and 8 patent support executives (third largest dedicated team in the world) for Microsoft as a client. He was able to successfully deliver projects in prosecution and analytics (prior art searching, validity, invalidity, lanscaping and other analytics projects. Pradeep has worked in a wide range of technology domains, including IT, electronics and telecommunications.

Pradeep received a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from New Jersey, USA and Bachelor of Engineering from Bhopal University.

Mohit Gambhir
Managing Partner

Mohit carries along with him over 7 years’ experience in varied domains ranging from Academia, R&D and Intellectual Property Rights. Prior to current role, Mohit was working as an Independent IP consultant and provided support to couple of major corporates. Mohit, in his earlier capacities, was responsible for building client relationships, department setup, team management, team mentoring, scheduling day-to-day tasks in IPR related projects.

Mohit has an extensive experience in the field of US and UK bound patent processes. He also led couple of path-breaking projects that earned high accolades from clients. His efforts led in forming up a highly intellectual patents team generating quality deliverables in a quick turnaround time for a leading legal process outsourcing firm.

Mohit received his Master of Technology degree in Computer Science & Engineering from CDAC, Noida, India and Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science & Engineering from Kurukshetra University, India. Mohit has to his credit number of research articles published in leading journals and conferences.
